Abstract Submission Guidelines
We invite you to submit your abstract under one of the listed symposiums.

Abstracts must be prepared using the provided template, following all specified guidelines, and submitted as a PDF.

Submissions must be made via the online submission portal before the deadline. The file size should not exceed 2MB.

An acknowledgment email will be sent to the submitting author’s email address, to be provided in the submitted abstract, upon successful submission.

Upon confirmation of abstract acceptance via email, submitting authors can proceed to register for the conference. Please ensure that all details in your registration and abstract submission match.

Conference registration and payment for registration under early-bird rates is mandatory for presenters of all accepted abstracts and must be completed by 23 Oct 2025.

Conference registration and payment for registration under standard rates will apply after 23 Oct 2025, and must be completed by 15 Nov 2025.

Note to Presenters
For all oral presenters, please note that your presentation timeslot is inclusive of a 5-minute Q&A session.
For Poster Presenters, we kindly ask that your poster be printed at A0 size before the conference, be displayed for the entirety of the conference’s duration, and that you be present at your poster during your allotted time-slot. You may mount your posters from lunch time on Day 1 onwards.
